三维有限元分析法为根管预备进行力学研究提供了良好的实验基础,但有限元法也有其不足,因为它是通过有限剖分的单元代替结构整体,所以对予有些复杂多变结构,受有限剖分的限制,会影响计算精确度。要想得到更精确的结论,仍需要进一步的临床和力学研究,随着有限元生物物理模型的日趋精确,有限元分析法与现代组织学方法相结合,为研究分析根管预备过程中的问题提供了新的有效途径,为临床上弯曲根管预备时器械的正确选择提供重要的生物力学基础,优化治疗效果。
